Celebrating Andrea Castro: A Global Women of Influence Awards 2026 Nominee

Championing Inclusion, One Community at a Time

At Forever Kind Learning, we believe every child deserves to feel seen, heard, and included. That's why we're incredibly proud to celebrate our founder, Andrea Castro, on her nomination for the Global Women of Influence Awards 2026.

This recognition is more than a personal achievement, it's a celebration of the families, educators, therapists, municipalities, and community partners who believe that accessibility and inclusion should be part of everyday life, not an afterthought.

Andrea Castro, founder of Forever Kind Learning and Global Women of Influence Awards 2026 nominee.

Forever Kind Learning began with one little girl. Inspired by the journey of her daughter, Ariyana, Andrea experienced firsthand the barriers that many children and families face when communication, accessibility, and inclusion are overlooked. Rather than accepting those barriers, she chose to help remove them.

What started as a deeply personal mission has grown into an organization dedicated to creating inclusive educational materials that empower children of all abilities & communication styles.

Today, Forever Kind Learning's resources are helping children connect, communicate, learn, and participate more fully in their schools, neighbourhoods, and communities.

Recognition That Reflects a Bigger Purpose

Andrea's nomination for the Global Women of Influence Awards follows another significant milestone, being recognized as a 2025 provincial recipient through the BC Achievement Foundation.

These honours acknowledge years of dedication, innovation, and unwavering advocacy, but they also highlight something even more important: the growing momentum behind creating communities where every child has the opportunity to participate, communicate, and thrive.

For Andrea, recognition has never been the destination. It is simply another opportunity to raise awareness, inspire collaboration, and continue advocating for children and families who deserve inclusive spaces.

Looking Ahead

While this nomination is an incredible honour, the work continues.

Forever Kind Learning remains committed to developing practical resources, supporting educators and families, and partnering with communities that are ready to embrace accessibility as a core value. Every communication board installed, every educator supported, and every child who feels more connected is another step toward a future where inclusion isn't exceptional, it's expected.
