    At ForeverKind, we stand behind every item we create and curate. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right — clearly, fairly, and with kindness.

    Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns on most unused, unopened, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.

    To be eligible:

    • Item must be in its original condition.

    • All packaging, tags, and components must be included.

    • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

    Some items may be final sale for hygiene, safety, or customization reasons. These will always be clearly marked at checkout.

    How to Start a Return: Email us at hello@foreverkind.com with:

    • Your name

    • Order number

    • The item(s) you’d like to return

    • A short note about why you’re returning the item (optional but helpful)

    We’ll reply within 2–3 business days with next steps.

    Return Shipping Costs:

    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

    • If the return is due to an error on our end (wrong item, defective item, etc.), we will cover the return shipping or provide a prepaid label.

    Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval.

    If approved:

    • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

    • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

    Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

    Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item, contact us at hello@foreverkind.com.

    We’ll help you process the return and place a new order for the desired item.

    Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items: If something arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos of:

    • The item

    • The packaging

    • The shipping label

    Non-Returnable Items: To maintain safety and product integrity, the following are final sale:

    • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items

    • Digital products

    • Clearance/marked-down items

    • Any product noted as “final sale” at checkout

    Cancellations: We can cancel orders only if they haven’t shipped yet.

    If the order has already been processed or shipped, it will need to follow the normal return procedure.

    At ForeverKind, we ship every order with care, intention, and a little bit of that “made-just-for-you” magic! Below is everything you need to know about how your purchase travels from our hands to your home.

    Processing Times: We prepare and package orders within 2–4 business days.

    During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5–7 business days, but we’ll always work to keep things moving quickly.

    Business days exclude weekends and statutory holidays.

    Shipping Rates & Delivery Times in Canada:

    • Standard Shipping: 3–9 business days

    • Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

    We are currently not shipping international. Please contact us directly if you are interested in purchasing.

    Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages: We wish shipping was flawless. It… isn’t. If your order is lost, unusually delayed, or arrives damaged, reach out to us at support@foreverkind.com within 7 days of delivery.

    We’ll review the situation and make it right whenever possible.

    Incorrect Addresses: If the shipping address is entered incorrectly at checkout, please contact us immediately. Orders already shipped cannot be rerouted, and we are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
